Getting Started with Replyaa
Follow these simple steps to connect Instagram and create automations in minutes.
Step 1: Connect Your Instagram Account

Login to Replyaa dashboard.

Click Connect Instagram.

Authenticate with Facebook.

Select Instagram account.

Done 🎉 Your account is connected.
Make sure you use a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.

Step 3: Create a DM Automation

Go to Automations > Create New Automation.

Select DM Automation.

Choose account.

Add trigger keywords (example: "Interested").

Write your auto DM reply.

Save & Activate.
Example:
Trigger: 'Interested'
Reply: 'Thanks! 🎉 Here's our catalog: [link]'

Step 2: Create a Comment Automation
Go to Automations > Create New Automation.
Select Comment Automation.
Choose account + post.
Add trigger keywords (example: "price").
Write your auto-reply.
Save & Activate.
Example:
Trigger: 'Price'
Reply: 'This costs ₦5,000. Click here 👉 [link]'
